Dexter Holiday Ready

This guy.  He loves to put on a collar and jingle around the house.  He just never wants to take it off!  I think he knows that the stockings are getting ready to go up.  Such anticipation!

First Snow of 2018

As much as I loathe cold weather, it has arrived.   The first snow of 2018 came in Monday morning.  Though it was not a blizzard, it was enough for me.  There is always something that makes my soul lighter with the snow.  Maybe its the holidays just around the corner.

Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Cut up vegatables, cut up 3 chicken breast cook on medium with one glass of water.  Add vegatables to 4 cans of chicken broth bring to medium boil until tender.  After chicken is cooked about 30 minutes combine with vegatables and add 6 oz of egg noodles (half a bag)  cook until noodles are done about 10 minutes and season to taste.   That's really it.  Turns out great every time!

Pumpkins on the Porch

A little fall spirit.  Didn't do much Halloween decorating this year. I have to figure out something to do with these!

Cobblestone

Breaking in a pair of Stacy Adams on the cobblestone streets of Bourges France.  Everywhere you look here people are killing the dressy shoes on the cobblestone streets but to tell you the truth,  its not that comfortable.

Vineyard French countryside

Captured this headed out looking for castle's back in September on a recent trip to France.

Taking it in

Looking out over the back, this sunset lasted only 10 minutes.   Thankful to catch this moment.

I am back. Forever changed and not the same.

Trying to make the best decisions effectively pushing me forward not backwards.   For close to ten years I maintained the blog Hello Clarity,  A few years back I closed it down.  I felt like I couldn't really promote a blog seeking peace and harmony in my life anymore.   After the death of my father this year it has been a struggle to move forward and not backwards, especially after so many of my perceptions about life had been uprooted.  So I am here...
